2. Professional Regulatory Standing
Immigration consulting services provided through Canada Wide Immigration are directed by Jagdeep Chahal, who is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC #R423191) in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
Jagdeep Chahal is also a Registered Social Worker (RSW #11584) in good standing with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).
All professional services comply strictly with the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and the CICC Code of Professional Conduct.
3. No Legal or Consultant-Client Relationship Formed by Website Use

No Formal Representation: Browsing this website, submitting an inquiry form, or sending an email does NOT create a consultant-client relationship between you and Canada Wide Immigration or Jagdeep Chahal.
Retainer Agreement Required: A consultant-client relationship is strictly established only after:
An official written Initial Consultation Agreement or Retainer Agreement has been signed by both you and Canada Wide Immigration; and
The agreed consultation or retainer fee has been paid.
4. No Guarantee of Visa or Application Outcomes
Under the strict ethical and professional standards of the CICC:
Government Sole Authority: All final decisions regarding visas, study permits, work permits, permanent residence, sponsorships, and citizenship are made solely and exclusively by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), and provincial immigration authorities.
Zero Guarantees: Canada Wide Immigration and Jagdeep Chahal do not guarantee the approval, issuance, or processing timeline of any visa or application.
Any testimonials or case studies shown on this website represent past experiences and do not guarantee similar results for future applicants.
5. Consultations, Fees & Cancellations
Consultation Scope: Consultations are intended to review your background, discuss immigration eligibility, and provide preliminary professional guidance.
Advance Payment: Consultation appointments must be paid in full in Canadian Dollars (CAD) prior to confirmation.
Rescheduling & Cancellation:
Notice of rescheduling must be provided at least 24 to 48 hours prior to the appointment.
Missed appointments (“no-shows”) or late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee as per the Initial Consultation Agreement.
6. Client Responsibilities & Truthfulness of Information
The viability and accuracy of any immigration assessment depends entirely on the completeness and honesty of the information provided by you. By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal, travel, educational, financial, and background information.
Disclose all past visa refusals, inadmissibility issues, medical concerns, or legal violations across all countries.
Zero Tolerance for Fraud: Never provide forged, altered, or fraudulent documents. Providing false documents to Canadian authorities is a criminal offense under the IRPA and can lead to a 5-year ban from Canada for misrepresentation. Canada Wide Immigration reserves the right to terminate services immediately if fraudulent information is detected.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on canadawideimmigration.com — including logos, brand marks, written text, graphics, page layouts, and media — is the intellectual property of Canada Wide Immigration and is protected under Canadian and international copyright laws.
